Ashika Island to be Setting for Warzone 2 Resurgence Map

Call of Duty has officially revealed the first Resurgence map, Ashika Island. Players will be able to experience an alternative, faster-paced battle royale game on the beautiful tourist destination off Japan’s coast. The Warzone 2 Resurgence map release date is set for February 15 and the map appears to be as per the leaks earlier this month.

The small island in Warzone 2 holds the town centre on the south side. East of the town centre is the beach club cabana which has been built on an artificial promontory. The entire island is surrounded by the stormy weather which will provide the perfect setting for a thrilling battle royale game.

The map has been designed with the intention of providing a faster-paced game. Players will be able to enjoy an intense fight with the game’s multiple weapons and survival items. Furthermore, vehicles have also been included in the game which will allow players to explore the island. 

The Warzone 2 Resurgence map will also include a brand new game mode called ‘Gulag’. The mode will feature two players fighting one another in a battle arena. The winner of the battle will be allowed to rejoin the game, while the loser will be eliminated.

Warzone 2 Resurgence map promises to be an exciting and intense battle royale experience. With the Stormy weather and the new Gulag mode, players will be able to enjoy a unique and thrilling experience. The Warzone 2 Resurgence map is set to be released on February 15 and players are already excited for the new map.
